Elizabeth is the Principal of dlpCOACHING – Developing Leadership Potential. She founded the firm after a 25+ year Human Resources career that included global leadership roles with Nestlé (both in the USA and at their world headquarters in Switzerland), LyondellBasell, Shell Exploration & Production and Southwestern Energy (now Expand Energy). Elizabeth has spent her career focused on partnering with individuals and organizations to facilitate their success and achieve their full potential. Her commitment to and passion for supporting her clients’ growth and development has facilitated transformative shifts for the individuals, their teams, and organizations. Today, she supports her clients as a leadership coach, workshop trainer, and keynote speaker. As a certified leadership coach, Elizabeth utilizes inquiry and assessment methods to help her clients crystalize their goals, address obstacles and create paths to success. Her coaching clients include individuals at all levels of personal growth from emerging leaders to C-suite executives. In addition to coaching, Elizabeth leverages her business experience along with her knowledge of adult learning theories to design and deliver engaging and practical leadership development workshops. In addition to delivering customized training, Elizaeth is proud to be the sole North American certified facilitator for the How Women Rise Leadership Program, based on the international best-selling book of the same name. In addition to her work, Elizabeth is passionate about serving her community and has served on the Boards of Executive Women’s Alliance, Impact100 Houston and Compudopt Houston. She has also been a Troop Leader and Cookie Momager for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. In addition, Elizabeth is an active alumna Hermana of Lambda Pi Chi Sorority / Latinas Promoviendo Communidad Sorority, Inc., the first Latina sorority founded at an Ivy League university. A San Antonio native (and die-hard Spurs fan!), Elizabeth and her family are 15-year residents of The Woodlands where she is a sandwich-generation caregiver, budding golfer, and aspiring author.
